Java Code:-
  
ImageView AndroidImage = (ImageView) findViewById(R.id.android_image); 
AndroidImage.setBackgroundResource(R.drawable.rocket_thrust); 
AndroidAnimation = (AnimationDrawable) rocketImage.getBackground(); 
AndroidAnimation.start();
